Medical proof (like X-rays, MRIs, doctor reports) showing a diagnosed condition. Evidence that it severely limits your ability to work (e.g., needing a walker/wheelchair, unable to use hands/arms effectively for work tasks). The limitation must last or be expected to last at least 12 months.
